The Rose and the Viscount looks like a mix between a loves second chance novel, for the hero, and a wallflower novel, for the heroine. It is a classic story retold time and time again but promises a very sweet love story. It is the second book in the Ravishing Rosewoods series, so if you have not read the first one you may want to start there. However, The Rose and the Viscount is by Jillian Eaton who is the amazing author of the much-beloved series The Perks of Being an Heiress, so this one should be just as good.
